met up with a friend recently and had a conversation about love . . .
we came to have thoughts regarding one situation . . . torpe guys . . .
how hard that would be for girls . . . all the more girls who still tend to be quite traditional . . . not wanting to make the first move. how would it be possible to pursue a relationship when the guy you like can not even dare attempt to make the first move?
consider this situation . . .
what if you like a guy . . . on the other hand, in every interaction with this guy, you realize that he seems to have feelings for you as well. how would that be possible? well, consider a girl’s instinct. i think girls are sensitive enough to get signs of a guy’s interest in her.
the girl, being quite conservative, waits for the guy to make a move on her . . . but what if he’s too afraid to do so? paano na ‘yung girl? What if the girl attempts to give signs of interest to the guy . . . somewhat a morale booster for him . . . an assurance that he won’t get busted yet still he doesn’t do so? kawawang girl . . .
so, you see . . . it’s hard being a girl . . . you may have the looks but then remain single because guys are afraid to make the move. what’s the best thing to do to give guys the confidence to court girls without them having to be considered "flirts"?
and so, the story goes on . . . a girl ends up with a courageous man . . . courageous enough to court her and tries to win her . . .

forgive me . . .
i should have written this a long time back but i just was hooked with other thoughts to write that i’ve decided to set this aside for a while.
well now, i’ve found the time to do so although i’m not sure if my thoughts still matter. haha . . . bakit ba? e scholar ng bayan ako e . . . i still have something to say . . .
come to think of it, upcat is drawing near . . . next month na siya . . . woohoo! lusot ako! haha
i know there are opposing views with regard to the 300% tuition fee hike. syempre nga naman, everyone has dreamt of studying at up . . . not just because of the prestige of being labeled as the country’s brightest students but also because of the cheap tuition fee. during our time, full load ka na and you just pay around p7,000. ayos, ‘di ba? bracket 9 pa ako d’yan. haha . . .
i’ve heard the tuition right now is around p18,000. ang laki nga . . . as compared to our tuition years ago, i know many people would tend to complain of the sudden increase.
i see nothing wrong with the tuition fee increase. i think it was long overdue. our cheap tuition fee is no longer enough to meet the expenses for up. we need to pay our professors more . . . napipirata na sila ng ibang school. well, you can’t blame them if they are not being "loyal" but sometimes, you need to be practical . . . we’ve studied well to get good jobs . . . to earn enough for ourselves.
another thing, we need to spend more for the safety of the university. i remember back then, we’ve had scarcity with regard to policemen and having money to pay to add more labor can help to secure the safety of the bright minds that the institution has.
cutting it short as i have lots of work to do . . . i’d have to say that i wouldn’t mind the tuition fee hike at all as long as up can guarantee that the revenues will be spent wisely and it goes to the proper people . . .
then again, maybe it wouldn’t hurt if they’ve done the tuition fee hike gradually . . . meaning increasing the tuition fee through the years . . . that way, it wouldn’t hurt the parents’ budget extensively.
well, come to think of it . . . as compared to other "high-end" colleges . . . paying p18,000 for quality education is still a lot cheaper than paying p80,000 that our neighbors are requiring, ‘di ba?
